Product Exchange Policy
EHB
adheres to the Product Exchange Policy in lieu of the 30 Day
Refund Policy option. To be eligible for this program, 90% of the product must be remaining when the exchanged bottle is returned to us.
We'd rather
facilitate herbal awareness and product satisfaction than
to encourage the customer to give up and believe that 'herbs
don't work'. Each person reacts differently - THUS - 'Results May Vary'. And there are NO GUARANTEES. This exchange policy is to assist you, the individual, in getting what you paid for.
If you
aren't satisfied with your product, EHB will replace it with
another herb or blend of your choice that we sell, of relative
value, minus shipping. Or we will remake the blend after a free consultation
with you, to suit your needs better, then exchange the original
product with the modified blend. Prices may vary and client is responsible for the difference if the blend of replacement is more expensive than the original blend, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances surrounding the exchange.
If you
find that you need to exchange a product that was chosen as
a replacement product under the same Product Exchange confirmation
number, a representative will contact you to help you further. In some extreme cases we do offer refunds, minus shipping, but not as a daily practice.

Customization
Request
If
you need a blend customized, or want to order a custom blend,
we'll need other pertinent information as required in our Client History forms,
if any, and if you consume alcohol or cigarettes. Alcohol
and cigarettes will affect the results of most herbal blends.
Some medications and herbs are known to interact with each
other.
Upon receiving
your request, EHB will provide you with Product Exchange
Confirmation information.
