Rates and Policies for Orders:
You can choose from a variety of shipping options.
Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose at the time of checkout.
These rates are autmatically updated from U.S.P.S. and U.P.S. online rate schedule systems the instant you submit your order for processing. You have the option to return to the shipping method and choose a different method before your final check out.
Rates
may change
We
currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods),
P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping
only), APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping
only), and now to U.S. Territories. Packages sent to military
or territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling.
Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If you are an international customer, please contact
us if you would like to request/learn how/if EHB, LLC can
ship to your country.
Delivery
times may be longer for items that require ground only shipping.
For more information on our restricted items shipping policies
see the DOT Restriction guidelines.
We no longer offer 2-day or overnight order processing
Orders received before 5 p.m. Central Time Monday through
Friday, will be processed the next day, depending on stock availability.
Orders received after 5 p.m. Central Time will be processed within 2 days, depending on stock availability. Orders
received after 5 p.m. Central Time Friday, Saturday, or on
Sunday will be processed on Monday and/or Tuesday.
Our transportation
partners do not process mail on the weekend. Therefore,
if you place an order after 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday,
you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation
email and the actual shipment of your order.
Weekend
delivery.
Orders shipped via UPS (3-Day) are delivered
Monday through Friday only. We no longer offer Overnight or 2-day shipping.
Alaska
and Hawaii.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one
to two days.
Items
on Order:
Occasionally, you'll receive a notice of Back Order, or Out of Stock, or see this in the cart next to certain a product description, or we will contact you via email or telephone. This means we're waiting for the item to arrive from the supplier, and it's unavailable for immediate shipment. You can still order the item. Our shipping time for Back Order or Out of Stock items is seven to 10 days.
If you
place an order containing both in-stock and on-order items,
we'll immediately process and ship the in-stock items. We'll
bill your account for these items and a shipping
charge based on the total dollar amount of your order.
We'll
send the on-order items separately when they're available,
using the shipping method of First Class Mail, regardless of what you selected when you placed your order.
We'll bill your account for these items when you initially order them.
This second shipment carries no extra shipping charge regardless of the shipping method you chose when placing your order.
Occasionally
an item's status will change to On Order after you place your
order, but before we process it. In this case, it will still
take seven to 10 days to ship the item, but there will be
no extra shipping charge.
If you
decide that you no longer want to buy the on-order items,
you can contact us and cancel them. We'll provide you with an updated electronic/paper invoice upon shipment of the order.
If some
of the items in your order have been shipped already, your
account will have been billed for those items and the associated
shipping costs. Once you call us and cancel these items, the remaining
items will not be shipped and we will credit your account. Once you receive the products and don't want them, you can then participate in our Product Exchange Program.
International,
U.S. territories and APO/FPO U.S. military addresses:
We currently ship to APO/FPO U.S. military
addresses and U.S. Territories (standard shipping only; military
mail and Territory handling may cause delays). Items that
require ground-only shipping cannot be delivered to APO/FPO
addresses.
Please
be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs
declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the
package contents to be included on the customs label.
DOT
restrictions on air shipping:
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination
of air and ground transport. But the U.S. Department of Transportation
(DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute
to an onboard fire or other mishap.
Any products
may be restricted. Restricted items include:
1. Aerosol-type
products in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray and
shaving cream.
2. Medications delivered through aerosol inhalers, such as
Albuterol and Azmacort.
3. Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive
chemicals, such as fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments,
and nail polish remover.
We're
committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible,
but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance
with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery,
at our standard shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted
products.
** Eclectic
Herbal Blends, LLC does not ship DOT-restricted items to Hawaii,
Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses.
Default
shipping address:
Your default shipping address is the one used
on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can enter your new
shipping address and we will update your account for future orders.
You can
change your shipping address at any time by contacting us. You can add, delete, or edit any of
your shipping addresses. Changes you make will not affect
orders you have already placed unless you specifically request it prior to order shipment.
How
do I return something to Eclectic Herbal Blends, LLC?
Within 30 days of receiving your non-customized
order, you may return any item for a full credit or refund under
any of the following circumstances:
- Item
is in new, UNOPENED, condition with original packaging
- Item
was received damaged or defective
- Incorrect
item was shipped
Return shipments are at your shipping expense. We recommend First Class mail (less expensive).
We're
sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items, nor items with more
than 10% of content missing (if you order 100 capsules - 90
must be present in the return) or Sealed items returned more than
30 days after delivery. Also, we do not accept any returns
of items purchased from our Custom Blends requests. Since
these items are created for specific individual requirements,
NO returns of any kind are accepted for your
protection.
However,
to accommodate the holiday season, we've extended our normal
return period. Gifts purchased from our Holiday Store prior
to December 23 may be returned until January 31.
Those purchased after that date can be returned using our
normal 30-day return or product exchange policies.
If you

If your
return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs
associated with your return will be deducted from the amount
of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received,
a credit or refund will be issued and an e-mail
confirmation will be sent.
