By purchasing, or acquiring a sample of, any EHB, LLC product through any of our various means, (Website Shopping, Fax, Phone, E-Mail or Authorized Representative of EHB, LLC, you automatically agree to make no legal claims whatsoever – past, present or future, regarding any EHB, LLC product or service, regardless of the net results, positive or negative, in using/misusing any EHB, LLC product or service.

If you can’t accept the terms and conditions herein do not purchase our products and return any unopened bottles to us at your expense. We will refund your account in full with an Account Credit. Cash refunds are made at our discretion. You are a customer only if you have purchased a product from Eclectic Herbal Blends, LLC. Receiving samples from us does not categorize you as a customer.
